About

How this guide works

A plain-language guide to Argentina’s citizenship by investment programme, written from the official texts and reputable reporting.

Primary sources first

Every figure is traced to a decree, the Boletín Oficial or a government release where one exists, and to reputable reporting where it does not.

Every fact labelled

Each claim carries its status: official, reported or pending. A report is never presented as law, and a plan never as a decision.

Dated and rechecked

Pages show the day their facts were last checked. News and announcements carry their publication date and their sources.

Both sides

Open legal questions and criticism are reported plainly beside the benefits, without alarm and without sales language.

How to read a status label

Official The fact is in a decree, a law, the Boletín Oficial or an official government release.

Reported The fact comes from reputable press or industry reporting and is not yet in official text.

Pending The government has said it is coming, but the details are not published.

Who writes it

The Argentina Passport by Investment editorial team researches and writes every page, and signs as a team. Facts across the site were last checked on .

Independence and relationships

This site is not run by, endorsed by or connected to the Argentine government or any of its agencies. Its editorial content is decided by its editors alone.

Its publishers work with firms in the residence and citizenship industry and may in future refer readers to licensed advisers. Some of those firms advise governments, including, as reported, the Argentine government on this programme. When a page refers you to a firm, it will say so on that page. No relationship changes what a fact’s source says or how it is labelled.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. The programme’s implementing rules are not final. Before acting, read the official text and take advice from a licensed professional in the relevant country.

Corrections

If something is wrong or out of date, write to corrections@passport-by-investment.com with the page and, if you can, the source. We correct errors promptly and date the change.
